How do you make your clothing?
Our clothing is hand-made to order in sunny California, USA. The vibrant designs are transferred onto the garments using high-tech printers. The garments are then individually hand cut and sewn by our skilled tailors. This process begins as soon as you place your order!
What is the clothing made of?
All our all-over print apparel is made from a premium blend of microfibre polyester that delivers the look and feel of organic cotton without ever cracking, peeling, flaking or losing its shape. Microfibre polyester is used instead of cotton as it is better suited for the vibrant, high-definition graphics prints found on our clothing.
Which countries do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide. All orders above $100 USD will have free worldwide shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our clothing is hand-made to order. They are individually hand cut and sewn by our skilled tailors. The process begins as soon as you place your order and takes between 4 to 10 business days to be completed before it is shipped out.
After your order has been shipped out the delivery times are as follows:
USA orders: 2- 4 business days
International Orders: 5-10 business days
My order has not arrived on time, what should I do?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping period, please inform us via email@example.com.
Please be aware that the shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing delays and weather conditions, which are unfortunately out of our control.
I received a wrong sized item. What should I do?
Please try on each item first. If the items do not fit you, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to organise an exchange.
Can I change the delivery address for my order after I have placed it?
Yes, but only if you do so quickly. We are unfortunately unable to change the address of an order that has already been processed or dispatched. Please contact us on email@example.com for any queries.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
In the unlikely scenario your order was damaged in transit, we will happily exchange the product.
In order for us to process your refund or exchange, please contact our support team on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and a photo of the fault. We will assess your case and let you know if you are eligible for a refund.
