What is the clothing made of?
All our all-over print apparel is made of high-quality, 100% spun polyester that delivers the look and feel of organic cotton without ever cracking, peeling, flaking or losing its shape. Spun polyester is used instead of cotton to ensure the product contains high quality sublimation printed images. This style of printing is ineffective when used on regular cotton garments.

How long will my order take to arrive?
The shipment will usually take between 5-20 working days to arrive. Please be aware that the shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing which are unfortunately not under our control.
My order has not arrived on time, what should I do?

I received a wrong sized item. What should I do?
Please note our sizing labels for all items display a size different to USA sizing. This is due to a large proportion of our customer base residing in central and eastern Europe, where the average clothing size is smaller in comparison to USA.
To make things simpler for you, all of our sizing listed on our shop are based on USA sizes. However, the order that is shipped to you may have a sizing label different to what you picked on our store. This is done to ensure our Central European sizing matches the corresponding USA size ordered by you. For instance, if you ordered a size M, the item you received may have a sizing label reading XL. This is simply because an XL in the sizing scale we use is the same as a M size in the USA.

Can I change the delivery address for my order after I have placed it?
Yes, but only if you do so quickly. We are unfortunately unable to change the address of any order that has already been processed or dispatched. Please contact us on email@example.com for any queries.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
In the unlikely scenario your order was damaged in transit, we will happily exchange the product.
In order for us to process your refund or exchange, please contact our support team on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and a photo of the fault. We will assess your case and let you know if you are eligible for a refund.
I’m not happy with the quality of the item I received.
As a result of the printing process, the polyester tends to develop a static and clingy feel. The garments can be restored to normal by simply washing them. If you are still not happy with the product upon washing it, please contact us at email@example.com and we will assess and approve the return of the item in accordance with our returns policy.
